Still haven't received my products.

I've been trying to deal with this illegally owned company for several months now on items I was promised within the week after I purchased them. I purchased several tubs, toilets, sinks and sink bases along with over 5,000 sqft. of tile that I still haven't received. No one will answer my phone calls, emails and now they are avoiding the legal documents that have been sent to them. I'm looking forward to the day I have Mark Hafner in court in hopes of getting at minimum my money back for the purchases. As a contractor, I was expecting better customer service from someone who states they are one of the largest discount contractor supply houses in Middle Tennessee. Now I see why they were forced out of Davidson County/Nashville and had their business licenses revoked. I just wish I would've done my research on them before I wasted my money there. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB along with notifying the IRS that they are participating in tax fraud also as when I made my purchases, Mr. Hafner informed me that if I paid with cash, it'd be cheaper. I should've known he was a fraud. Buyer beware.

Failed to refund for returned item

I orgered a faucet from their ebay store and found out that it was defective. I asked the store to return it and opened a case at ebay. Store agent asked me to ship it back. After 3 weeks they replied and said that they can only do partial refund and will deduct the shipping costs. I agreed to get the money. This entire process took more than a month and ebay case was closed in the meantime. I am still waiting for the refund. When I emailed the agent earlier they said that they are processing my refund. It has been more than 60 days and I realized that they were waiting for this period to be over. Now, I cant do anything as ebay case is closed and Paypal refund period is over. Now no one answers my emails and the phone number listed is actually a fax number so I cant talk to anybody directly. This seems like a fraudulant practice they must be using with other customers. I will never do business with them and advise the readers to avoid this company. This business is a scam.

Hafner Enterprises in Columbia, TN

I bought a whirlpool tub, a drain, and a toilet from this Hafner Enterprises in Columbia, TN in August. The salesman assured me that the materials were new in the box. Hafner Enterprises salesman told me if something was wrong, he would make it right. When Hafner Enterprises delivered my items, they looked fine on the surface and were packaged in retail boxes. When my contractor arrived and began unpacking materials for installation, they were found to be different than as described by Hafner Enterprises. Hafner Enterprises was contacted specifically about the drain and offered a refund. When I emailed the salesman the next day to ask about a refund, he changed his mind. I have attempted to contact Hafner Enterprises owner but salesman refuses to provide contact info. I emailed the address listed on the company's WhoIs but there is no way to tell if email addy is current. Hafner Enterprises salesman has yet to respond to my private emails; owner has not responded either. There have been several issues from this order of Hafner Enterprises materials and salesman is now hostile and uncooperative. I will not do business with Hafner Enterprises in Columbia, TN again. All items were damaged and two had to replaced. Tub was missing bolts and supports and the drain was missing pieces. The toilet we bought was mismatched - one piece was labeled for a 1.6 liter toilet and the other was for a 1.4 liter toilet. Hanfer Enterprises has offered no solution other than driving two hours to their warehouse to replace the smallest item on the order. We paid for delivery. Salesman has made sarcastic remarks about my children online and has changed his story several times.
